Digital rights (article credits, balances, packages)

The rights you purchase are credited to your account immediately after payment confirmation and constitute a service performed instantly in an electronic environment. Therefore, pursuant to Article 15/1-g of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal.

However, we provide refunds or compensation in the following cases:

• Unused If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase for a package, your refund request will be evaluated.
• Credits for articles that cannot be generated due to a system error are automatically refunded.
• Duplicate (double) charged payments are refunded.

Server (VDS) services

Since server services are made available for use after setup, no refunds are made once the setup is completed. Fees for orders cancelled before setup begins will be refunded.

Refund process

You can submit your refund requests via the Support Ticket section in your panel or at web@sibermakale.info with your order number. Approved refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days depending on your payment method; for card payments, the reflection time of the amount on your card depends on your bank.
