As SiberMakale ("Company"), we process your personal data as a data controller under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") No. 6698 as described below.

1. Processed personal data

• Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number.
• Customer transaction: order, payment, and invoice information (your card details are not stored by us; processed by the payment service provider), support requests.
• In corporate membership: company name, tax office / number, invoice address.
• Transaction security: IP address, login records, browser information.
• Service usage: the content you create, connected site information, your preferences.

2. Purposes of processing

Creating and managing membership, providing the service, processing orders and invoicing, responding to support requests, ensuring service and information security, preventing abuse, fulfilling legal obligations, and – if you have given explicit consent, – campaign and informational communication.

3. Legal grounds

Your data is processed under KVKK m.5/2; based on the establishment or performance of a contract, legal obligation of the data controller, establishment and protection of a right, and legitimate interest legal grounds; for sending commercial electronic communications, based on your explicit consent.

4. Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred to payment service providers, hosting and email service providers, AI infrastructure providers (only necessary texts for content production; identification information is not sent) and to authorized public institutions in case of legal necessity, limited to processing purposes. Some of these providers may have servers located abroad.

5. Retention period

Your data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the durations specified in relevant legislation (e.g., 10 years for commercial books and documents); after this period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK m.11, you have the rights to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the recipients to whom it has been transferred, request correction, deletion, or destruction if processed incorrectly or incompletely, object to the result against you arising from automated systems analysis, and request compensation in case of damage.
